Oak-Aged Cider

5.4% ABV

For our Oak-Aged Cider we began with a buttery cider and enhanced it by letting it spend time in a medium-toast American oak and un-toasted French oak. The subtle vanilla notes from the oak reminds some of a chardonnay.
