Equinox

There are other hopped ciders in America–nearly all of which try to be beers.  We saw the availability of some new hops as an opportunity to create another cider with food-friendly complexity.  Equinox is named for the Equinox hop that gives this cider green grassy and lightly citrus notes reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Indeed, cider refreshment with wine complexity!
