Our newest cider!  Seven different tannic English cider varieties comprise 80% of this cider with the balance being the English tart cider variety, Brown’s Apple.  Those English tannic apples are Porter’s Perfection, Chisel Jersey, Dabinett, Cap of Liberty, Ellis Bitter, Somerset Redstreak, and Kingston Black with the Porter’s also adding a subtle tartness to this cider.  The result of the diverse tannins and balanced acidity is a full-bodied, complex cider with a deliciously long finish.

This cider earned Best in Class, 2nd Place, for Traditional Dry ciders at the 2023 Great Lakes International Cider & Perry Competition, the biggest and best worldwide cider competition.
