Rosé

This limited release Rosé​​ cider is made with three varieties of rare red-fleshed apples from The Cider Farm blended with our tart and tannic apples for mouthfeel and finished with a bit of elderberry juice for additional color.  It is a clear, sparkling semi-dry with juicy aromas of strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit and lime juice as well as floral notes of honeysuckle and rose.  On the palate comes the same red fruits of strawberry and raspberry along with green grape and lemon juice all balanced with a subtle tannin.  The finish is long and makes you yearn for summer.  Our Rosé pairs well many summer favorites such as spinach salad with strawberries, slivered almonds, and fresh chevre.
