What is Raclette? It’s a Swiss dish of melted cheese, usually served with potatoes. Chef Matt has created a fabulous Menu Prix Fixé.
The Cider Farm Salad
Organic Arugula, Toasted Almonds, Apples, Roasted Butternut Squash, Bacon and Wisconsin Cheese. Served with The Cider Farm’s very own Equinox Cider Vinaigrette.
Beef Brisket Raclette
Smoked & Roasted Organic Seven Seeds Farm Beef Brisket, served on Rutabaga Purée with Glazed Root Vegetables and Organic Potatoes, smothered in Emmi Roth Raclette Cheese with Cipollini Onions and Gherkins.
