Producer Pairing Event at The Beautiful Rind, Chicago, IL
Stop by the shop to taste The Cider Farm’s ciders and meet the farm’s owner/cidermaker Deirdre. The Cider Farm makes ciders and apple brandy using their own organically farmed apples in Mineral Point, Wisconsin.
These English-style ciders are great for cheese and we will prove it to you! Dierdre will be pouring samples of her cider and answering all your questions about the ciders and the farm.
Our cheesemongers will also be pairing up a special flight and cheese board with our favorite The Cider Farm & Beautiful Rind cider/cheese combos.
Reservations are encouraged but not required for flights and pairing boards. The tasting is free and you can stop in anytime from 5-7 pm.
