Live Music with Markus J

Hailing from south central Wisconsin and currently living in Waunakee, Markus J was a closet guitar player and a singing to the steering wheel musician. After playing in a church contemporary Christian praise band for 10 years, Markus J was invited to join Marcia and Sean Reimer to create the acoustic trio Moxie. In an effort to get out and play more, Markus J has branched out to play solo gigs as well as playing with Moxie. Markus J plays a very eclectic lists of songs from the Bodeans to the Beatles. From Bob Seager to Dobie Gray and Van Morrison. Also, some Matt Maher, NeedToBreathe and David Crowder Christian music thrown in. Markus J is a serious musician that does not take himself to serious. He plays with soul, energy, passion, and unmitigated fun.
