Marisa Balistreri, vocals, and Stefan Hall, guitar, are a husband and wife jazz duo based in Madison, Wisconsin. They play everything from swing standards and bossa nova to jazz manouche and original jazz compositions. From the smooth stylings of Stefan’s guitar accompaniment to Marisa’s versatile vocal range, they cover all the jazz genres from around the world and perform in English, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German. A Madison, WI native and former professional opera singer, Marisa Balistreri made the switch to jazz and has sung with several jazz ensembles in venues such as Pyramid Event Venue in Lake Mills, WI, Bremen Cafe in Milwaukee, WI, Gibson Music Hall and Deja Vu in Appleton, WI, The Weidener Center for the Performing Arts, Blue Opus and Chefusion in Green Bay, WI. One of 1352 guitar pickers from the Nashville, TN area, Stefan Hall has gigged steadily both as a solo guitarist and in various Jazz, Latin Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Blues, and Folk ensembles since the early 1990’s. A former English professor, he has played the Pyramid Event Venue in Lake Mills, WI, Sheldon Concert Hall in St. Louis, MO, The Weidner Center for the Performing Arts and the Meyer Theatre in Green Bay, WI, and the Gibson Music Hall in Appleton, WI.

The Cider Farm

The Cider Farm offers ciders made with organic, true cider apples grown near Mineral Point, Wisconsin. The ciders pair beautifully with the made from ‘scratch’ small plates featuring locally and organically grown ingredients.
