Cidery Tour – Lunch and Learn!
The Cider Farm offers it’s first tour of the Cidery portion of the tasting room.

Lunch and learn. Join us for a socially distanced Cidery Tour! Wednesday, November 4th will be the first tour of the cidery portion of The Cider Farm’s Madison Tasting Room facility.
For the Learn portion, owner John Biondi will share an overview of The Cider Farm operation and production strategy, cider maker Royal Scheider will explain the fermentation equipment and process. Guests will get to taste the current batch of Oak Aged cider prior to finishing.
For the Lunch part, guests will be served a roasted vegetable and mushroom risotto with salmon complete with a small Cider Farm salad. Dessert is a brandy maple ice cream made with and topped with The Cider Farm’s brandy maple syrup. A glass of Oak Aged cider accompanies the meal.
The tour and lunch is $25 per person and begins promptly at 12pm.
PLEASE NOTE – The tour is limited to 12 people. Masks are required, social distancing will be maintained for both the tour and for lunch seating.
