The Wisconsin chill is setting in but outdoor dining lives on! The Cider Farm Cidery and Tasting Room is hosting an Outdoor Alpine Dinner on our patio and in our open-air greenhouse, November 21st. Yes, outdoors in Wisconsin in November! Come with your ski jackets, hats and whatever else keeps you warm. We’ve got heaters, blankets and a hearty meal to warm your belly. You’ll feel like you are in the Swiss Alps!
Reservations will be accepted starting at 5:00. We will reach out to schedule a time for your party, or, feel free to call the Tasting Room 608-217-6217. Please note that reservation may become limited. Once seated, hot mulled cider will keep you warm until your first course arrives. One the menu: Swiss Raclette, it’s a fancy twist on fondue that you are sure to love. Followed by a cider-brined pork loin with a mustard and herb rub. Top it all off with a classic French Tart Tatin made with Cider Farm apples for dessert. See below for the full menu.

First Course:
Smoked salmon rillette or potato artichoke dip with sliced vegetables
Second Course:
Fall Cider Farm Salad
Raclette with braised potatoes and carrots
Pearl onions (in demi-glace)
Gherkins
Third course:
Cider Farm cider-brined bone in pork loin with a herb and mustard rub.
Steamed yellow potatoes, smashed and fried crispy
Sautéed carrots, turnips and greens. Pork jus lie and herb oil
Dessert:
Classic French Tart Tatin done with Cider Farm apples
Crème Anglaise
Vegetarian options are available
