Next year we will be available for tours of the orchard by appointment. We hosted a private one this past Sunday and were amazed that over 60 people made the tour. It is a testament to the interest in authentic, fine-crafted, and local products we have in our region. This is a beautiful piece of Wisconsin’s Driftless region. And it produces some great apple brandy!

Thank you to the many who came to our Apple Brandy Release at Yahara Bay Distillers last Thursday evening. We were thrilled that at least 40 of our friends came out that night to celebrate. Many enjoyed sampling our brandy, making their own purchases complete with The Cider Farm brandy snifters, and tasting some of our cider apple varieties. Soon we will post information on these apple varieties.
