- Apple Juice: Freshly pressed apple juice is used.
- Apple Brandy: Our 2-yr Aged Apple Brandy made from The Cider Farm organic apples.

Drink Recipes
Sips of Subtlety
- 3.5 oz The Cider Farm Pommeau
- ≥3 oz The Cider Farm Classic Dry, Equinox or Oak-Aged Cider
- 2.5 oz Sparkling water (optional)
- Garnish with lemon twist
Add ingredients to a large wine glass full of ice, particularly if adding sparkling water. Stir to incorporate.
Pommeau Flip
- 1 fresh egg
- 2 oz Pommeau
- ¼ oz The Cider Farm Apple Brandy Maple Syrup
- 3 dashes Bitters
- 3 oz The Cider Farm Oak Aged or Classic Dry Cider
Chill cocktail glass or small wine glass with ice cubes. Add egg, Pommeau and Brandy Maple Syrup to a shaker. Shake about 30 seconds to emulsify and create a foam. Add more ice if shaker is not cold. Discard ice in the glass and add shaker contents. Top with cider.
Pommeau Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Cider Farm Pommeau
- 1 Orange slice
- 1 Maraschino cherry, (such as Fabbri Amarena, Luxardo or Bada Bing)
- 2 dashes Bittercube Cherry Bark-Vanilla Bitters (or substitute Angostura bitters)
- 2.5 oz Cider Farm Cyser
- Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
Add orange, cherry and bitters to a rocks glass and muddle. Add ice and then add apple brandy and top with Cyser. Stir to incorporate, express orange peel over cocktail or garnish with orange slice and cherry.
