Cider Styles of Europe and Beyond

Do you know the differences among English, French, Spanish, German, and American ciders?  The apples used, the fermentation techniques, aging, and means of serving can vary among them.  Learn about ciders from different parts of the world, how they are made and served, and their histories while you sample them.  You may find some new favorites, and you will certainly further your appreciation of the diversity of ciders in the world.
