With cider glass in hand and pen and paper at your side you will:

• Learn how to evaluate ciders.   You will learn cider sensory perception to evaluate 3 ciders. 
  
• Then you will learn best practices for pairing cider with food.
• Using your new knowledge, sample two cheeses and determine which cider the best with each one.
