Spiced Lamb & Organic Beef Burger with Grilled Leeks, Brandy and Cherry Demi-glace and Smoked Paprika Aioli, topped with Arugula, Wisconsin Cheese, Cider Farm Pickles. Served with a side of Greens. Served 11am to 5pm.

Surf and Turf, 6oz Beef Fillet Pan Roasted, Marinated and Seared Sea Scallops. Grilled Vegetables and Smoked Squash Puree with two sauces—Demi-glace for the Fillet and Smoked Onion Hollandaise for the Scallops. Served with a small Cider Farm Salad. Served 5pm to close.
